Yes, another CLomid question ...
So I am cd9, I usually O cd15-20. This is my first month on Clomid and I swear I am feeling O pains already. My CM has changed too as of tonight and there is more of it. Can Clomid make me O earlier? Or is this another side effect?

Kathy- My friend who is on Clomid did O earlier every month she was on it. She typically didnt O till days 19-22 and on Clomid she found herself O'ing on days 14-17. So yes, I do think its possible. She was on another med too, which Im not sure of, so it could have been that though...

when I was taking the injectables, I did find myself to ovulate a few days earlier during one cycle.

I can't say for sure as I didn't O without drugs. With Clomid I O'd on CD19 or 20.

Same here. I'm on CD 22 today and should O today or tomorrow.
I don't get pains that I know of, so I can't really say.

I got a surge on Monday and another Yesterday, so I should O today or tomorrow.
I guess some people surge for one day and some can get the surge for up to three.

One month I O'd CD 14 instead of the usual 17. I was told that the follies grow bigger on Clomid which is why you feel O type pain earlier than usual. If your CM has changed, you may want to move up your sono and bloods - don't want to miss the O!

What days did you take clomid ? Follies grow approximately 1mm to 2 mm a day, clomid can speed up that rate. You can very well ovulate earlier .....sometimes that's the very reason a doctor prescribes clomid.

I'm on cd12 today. My RE said I could O at any time. My follie is 18mm!!!! I usually dont O til about cd19!
