I thought the ending sucked to be honest.
I don't get it at all
The episode itself was very good- but how they ended it?
I'm just over this show to be honest

I was just going to search to see if this was the finale.
I agree it was a great episode but I didn't love how it ended either.
Can't wait for next season

So funny to read this post because last night my husband and I were both saying we thought this was the worst season yet. We thought it was a total snooze fest! And now the best part of the show is gone.

I tend to agree. I didn't care for this season. It was hard to follow at parts, convoluted, all over the place.
It was a chore to watch each week IMO

Did the writers just set it up so that a female president is in shock and can't handle being president? If so - that's a crock of shite! I guess it's easy to write a weak woman and blame it on that instead of trying to come up with a better storyline.

Other theory is she is a wanna be dictator and trying to implement a police state and having all those who she sees as "threats" thrown in jail, etc

It did seem to be very Trump-esque with her not being experienced and the fake news stories. But since Dar was the bad guy (and all the others that were doing crazy stuff like openly killing people) I thought she was going to be a good president.
