Not sure about the other things since you didn't say, but I think you should mention that one to the mom. JMO. This conversation could lead to you telling her about other concerns

I think you're saying she wrote it as if to say no one cares about your son?
I would probably say something and if the other issues are similar, I would ask your son if he wants her over to play. I wouldn't want him to be around someone who is unkind to him.

I would absolutely say something. It hurt your son no matter what her intention may have been and it was completely disrespectful. As a mom, I would completely want to know if my child did this.
