Homemade Salad Dressing
Anyone have a good recipe for a basic homemade salad dressing? I've made several from Pinterest but they just don't come out good/flavorful.

Homemade Salad Dressing
Equal parts olive oil and either red wine vinegar or balsamic vinegar, onion powder, salt and pepper. If I am making the red wine vinegar dressing for pasta salad, I add dried basil.
I come from a long line of Italian women that never measured anything, so I'm sorry I don't have exact measurements. Literally every recipe I have that has been passed down either says "to taste" or "eyeball it."
