tingly hands/feet while running
So I've been running for the past few years after each baby just for exercise and a stress reliever. I am not a runner. More like I torture myself and just do 2-3 miles each time as time allows.
The past couple of weeks, my left hand and left foot would get tingly while running. I thought maybe I needed new shoes, which I got. Now it's both hands and both feet after I run more than 2 miles.
anyone have this happen before?

It happens to me in my fingers - mostly my pinky fingers. I do find it disconcerting, but I kind of assume it's because the blood is just being used elsewhere. (I also am not a runner - I think it's torture but I force myself.)

This happens to me. I actually have a lot of other health concerns and for a while they thought MS but that is now ruled out. I'm having an emg this week to see what else it could be.

For me, it turns out it might be a B12 deficiency. Running bloodwork now but will find out soon.

This happened to me in my 20s...turned out to be a herniated disc. It corrected itself.
