Don't you just hate it when.....
....you drop a powder compact (bronzer, blush, powder, whatever) and it breaks into a million pieces?
I did that this morning with my bronzer. It fell out of my makeup bag and onto the floor and just broke into pieces.
It's pretty much unusable now, and my bathroom floor is a mess with bronzer! 
I tried to salvage the pieces but when I go to use it, it just gets everywhere, and it won't get onto the brush properly, and it's a lost cause.
And the worst part- it was almost brand new.
LOVE wasting money!

Did that with my favorite eye shadow.
It's been discontinued and I can't find anything close enough to that particular shade.
I kept finding tiny pieces of the shadow everywhere.
Oh well.

Ugh! There's a pin on pinterest that shows you how to put it back together using rubbing alcohol. I'm sure there's a youtube video too. I never tried so I don't know if it works but if it's pretty much unusable now anyway it's worth a shot.

I've done the rubbing alcohol to repair broken shadows/highlighters! It works!

I bought a highlighter I was lusting for for months. Brought it home and immediately dropped and cracked it.
