I have never been able to get on board with the cold shoulder. It is a trend that is a very very fine line of stylish and trashy and sadly most people don't pull it off the right way.
I do like the completely off the shoulder look, but even that it is starting to become how many can one person have (myself included).

Hate them too. I was in Kohls the other day and most of the shirts were like that.
