Skin abcess
Has anyone had one? I am reading it should be drained but PA at dr office told dh to sit in epson salt bath.

I have. SO painful. I ultimately had to have surgery for it, but the baths do relieve the pain, and sometimes cause it to drain on it's own. I would give it a try and if he has no relief, I'd go get it drained.

Did you get an antibiotic? Usually a round or 2 of antibioiotics plus salt baths twice a day help a lot.
