I am looking for an inexpensive one for an upcoming trip. Any brand or stores to look?

Dual voltage curling iron

Most are these days. I was looking for a duel voltage straightner and got one at ulta. My old one was getting to the point of replacing anyway so I think I spent $50.

You can go on their website and search.

Re: Dual voltage curling iron

Bed head curlipops curling wand. You just need an adaptor, but it's dual voltage.

It's so funny, as I read this is dual voltage. I actually have this, but cant for the life of me use it right. I actually looked at it too and it said dual voltage but I just cannot get the hang of using a wand the right way no matter how hard I try. I have a hot tool curling iron, one that I bought many years back and is still in the stores, but it doesn't say on it that it's dual voltage.

I always use an adaptor when traveling overseas. They're fairly inexpensive and use it for other things as well.

I have no idea how to use a curling iron, so I can't compare it to anything. I just watched a whole bunch of YouTube tutorials. The glove is helpful and I feel it's more hands on.

I do prefer curls with a straightener, but I cannot do it no matter how hard I try!

Thanks. I know I need an adapter to plug in wall. Can you recommend the best place to purchase one? I still can't use my curling iron as I believe it is not made for the dual voltage.

I just checked my amazon purchases and this is the one I got. It worked well. We used it the whole time traveling to a few countries in Europe. Check out the reviews and maybe they may have a newer version. I paid $36 at the time.
