bangle bracelet

this is a long shot, I know, but I am trying to find a bracelet or two for a friend who is starting chemo very soon - I found two on etsy that are perfect, but I think I need them sooner than they can be shipped to me. Buy any chance, has anyone seen any bracelet anything like these? (I'm hoping these links work - I'm a little technologically challenged). I am looking for silver - the first is just a bangle with a heart and the second has a yellow topaz stone charm. they're both adjustable bc I don't know my friend's wrist size.

I'm thinking I might find something like these in the shops in port jeff or something like that, but I don't have time to shop around. any help is so greatly appreciated!!!
