Happy Monday! I got my period yesterday so have my baseline appt tomorrow. Hoping all is well so I can begin transfer prep. Will most likely be on bcp for a couple weeks. I'm feeling... nervous. This is my sixth transfer and with that comes mixed emotions/feelings/fears, but I am trying to just take it one day at a time.

I had my baseline done on Friday and started estrogen. I go back this Friday for bloodwork.

What's new? Updates?
I met with Dr. Kofinas for the first time yesterday. The sono confirmed there was a small sac and I was measuring behind which I knew since beta had dropped. Waiting for this to be over and get my period. I did some immune blood work today. I'll go do the other blood work he suggests at Quest this week. He said I've already had a lot of testing but added some more in. He wants me to do an endo biopsy with my second period. He gave me a list of supplements to take. He brought up silent endo and doing a lap but I have no symptoms at all so I'm leery about doing a lap. So basically I'll be doing all this blood work and then endo biopsy some time in October. I also asked about doing a hysterscopy so I might do that in November depending what comes back. So really no big revelations yet but hopefully we figure something out.
How are you feeling?
Numb to all this. Not sure how I feel about being on a break for 2-4 months.
Jealous of all the babies born this summer and all of the pregnancy announcements.
Questions or concerns?
Anybody have a lap for silent endo? Who did you do it with? Was anything found?
If you worked with Kofinas who did you use as your obgyn? I know only certain doctors will work with him.

I am in 2WW post b2b IUIs. Go for progesterone check on Monday and beta on the 28th.
