I went for progesterone check yesterday, 1 week after b2b IUIs. It was low, 8.6. The nurse said they like to see at least 12. I started Endometrin yesterday but I really don't think I'm pregnant  . I feel exactly like I do right before my period.

I went for progesterone check yesterday, 1 week after b2b IUIs. It was low, 8.6. The nurse said they like to see at least 12. I started Endometrin yesterday but I really don't think I'm pregnant . I feel exactly like I do right before my period.
I'm surprised they didn't have you on it. I'm glad you got tested so you can be on the right meds.

What's new? Updates?
The chemical I thought I was having because my beta went down turned into a blighted Ovum. I went to Dr. Kofinas yesterday when I would have been 7 weeks and I was measuring 5 weeks. My beta which had gone down to 86 shot back up to 2,500. He checked to make sure there wasn't an ectopic because I did transfer 2. When I went to him a week ago we thought I would pass the small sac soon but instead it grew.
I did a bunch of blood work that Dr. Kofinas sent me for. Hopefully I will get some answers.
Next Steps?
I requested Cytotec to end this. I'll take that and then wait for my blood work results to come in and go from there.
How are you feeling?
Annoyed that I have to go through this again.
Questions or concerns?
Anybody do a lap for silent endo? Was any found? Who did you do it with?

Thank you. I don't know why they didn't put me on it before. Another girl who is on the same schedule as me (I see her at all monitoring appts. and IUI appts lol) was also in the same day for a progesterone check. They do it 7 days after IUI.
Wouldn't they have been checking my progesterone all along? So I wonder why it's suddenly low? If the IUIs failed, at least now I will be ready for next month.

I'm sorry. I hope that you get some answers from Dr. Kofinas. I've never done a lap so I'm no help

-I of course got my period today. Day 29. Bleh. We did it every day from when I got my blinking smiley. Except ONE day. The day before I woke up and got the stagnant smiley. This was prob the best day to do it, but I had a blinking smiley for 7 days. Also it was my first cycle trying after period/stillborn.
-I went to see a high risk today. She told me I shouldnt have problems conceiving, seeing that I didnt have any trouble last time. So I am trying to be positive.
Next steps? Wait to start the OPK again in 10 or so days. We shall see.
Next MONDAY I have my followup with Dr. Kofinas, after ALL the testing I had done. I can see my results online at Quest and so far, it has all been normal.
How am I feeling? I'm upset, but trying to stay as positive as I can.

I'll add to my update- My beta went up again to 6600. I took Cytotec and I'm hoping it works soon. This sucks.
I also hate being on a super long break. I'm sure I won't get my period back for months and then Kofinas wants an endo biopsy. I want a hysterscopy. So at this rate I'll be transferring again in January. I feel like time is ticking by and I'm getting older so its freaking me out.

My REs office checks Progesterone at transfer...but not sure how that works with IUIs and then a week later and then after positive beta. Some REs don't even check during the 2ww so its good yours did to adjust meds accordingly.
