banana cream pie - give me your best recipe

SO's two most favorite-est desserts are creme brulee and banana cream pie.

you wonderful people shared the william sonoma creme brulee recipe and i knock it out of the park every time i use that recipe... thanks!!

now, i need help with the banana cream pie. those of you who have made it, what's your go-to recipe?

I know it's not pie. And I'm sorry about that.

But this is the best banana dessert I've honestly ever had. And it's kind of sort of like pie.
