Please tell me how the new PD system works with the state. Also, is there a website that has approved PD's listed?

after you're professionally certified, you need to complete 100 hours every 5 years. They are called CTLE hours, and if you google approved CTLE courses online, you can find a bunch that way.
If you're in the DOE: As of now, they're no longer accepting the DOE monday prof development hours like they used to. I have heard rumors that they may start accepting the monday hours again if principals start bringing in certified CTLE people to run professional development on mondays. I think they stopped accepting it because alot of schools weren't really doing appropriate professional development activities
