What do you think?

1-2 times a day, everyday and you aren't trying to have a baby! How do you have the energy!
Lol anyway are you late? Your chances on being pregnant depend on you. I got pregnant very very easily in my late 30s so age doesn't really matter.

Agreed!

You certainly could be. Or not. Are you late?

I also got pregnant more easily the older I got. So you never know.

Re: What do you think?

I'm not late, I guess that I realistically know (but struggle to totally accept it Chat Icon ) that it could totally happen given the time frame. I think my period is due around the 26th. Guess I have to wait and see. My best friend is sure that I will be given my track record of quickly becoming pregnant when I stopped birth control in the past, but she is the only one I would tell about this. I feel so silly.

You lost me at 1-2 times a day most days.

But your changes of getting pregnant, on average, are 20% in any given cycle.

Re: What do you think?

Honestly it's a crap shoot. It all depends when you ovulated, if you ovulated, many many factors.
You really wont' know until you can take a test.

But as far as being 35 I got pregnant with my first (and only ) at 35 on the first try so I wouldn't put too much stock in the age thing!

Re: What do you think?

if you were going to have a normal, textbook cycle then you would have ovulated about 14 days after your first day of your period, so that would have happened before you started the pill on the 16th. and i don't think the pill is effective on day 1 anyway.

i also would expect your period to now be off since you started taking the pill 2.5 weeks after starting your period. you might not get your period on the 26th as you're expecting and it won't necessarily mean you're pregnant.
