T-25 and pregnancy
Anyone do T-25 (or any other HIIT workout) through pregnancy? I just found out I'm pregnant again and I've been working out consistently for a few months and want to try to keep it up as long as I can...looking for some advice from anyone who has btdt. Thanks!

Re: T-25 and pregnancy
Not familiar with T-25, but I did high intensity workouts my entire pregnancy. At some point I had to modify the higher impact jumping, and twisting, overhead weights, and laying flat, but that was about it.
The general rule is that if you were doing it before, you can do it during, with some minor modifications.
I'm also a personal trainer and former strength coach, feel free to PM any questions

Re: T-25 and pregnancy
Thank you! I needed to hear someone say they continued working out before I spoke with my doctor, who I hope will be supportive! I had gestational diabetes last time, and I'm hoping the fact that I eat healthier and work out now will keep me in better shape with that.

Re: T-25 and pregnancy
I ran until the day before I had my DS. At 30 weeks, I was still running 30 miles a week. By the end, I was still jogging 3-4 miles a day.
