What a pig. Seriously. I really have no words.
Not sure what to make of his wife. I feel bad for her - but she HAD to know what was going on, no? (Side note but she is so gorgeous!)

Re: Harvey Weinstein
I find it hard to believe she didn't know. It seems everyone knew. Regardless if it happened to them or not, they heard the rumors. I'm sure they all talk. I've heard some celebrities say things like...it didn't happen to me...I didn't see anything.... But they knew. And his wife couldn't have been sheltered from it. She had to know he settled 8 cases. All she had to do was google his name.
The whole thing is disgusting. I'm glad to see his world is crumbling down.

a womanizer is a womanizer, people like him dont just behave like that privately but cant help themselves. I'm sure she herself experienced his behavior prior to marriage.

I hope this is starter of bringing other serial offenders down - like Bryan Singer who assaults young men with promises of being in his movies (he tends to be the go-to director for Xmen movies).

I think he's a gross pig. I give the women who are speaking out against him so much credit. They are so brave. And it's a damn shame that this happens in Hollywood. Or anywhere for that matter. It makes me sick that this piece of shit has traumatized so many people forever.

Re: Harvey Weinstein
The whole thing is disgusting and sad. This is only the women who are willing to speak out. Imagine the number who aren't? OR who willingly engaged with him in the hopes their careers would blossom/continue? I would think that a woman in that industry would think that rejecting a man of that stature would be career suicide. My sister in law is an actor and I know how hard she works and auditions and how competitive it is. He knowingly took such advantage of all these women. What an animal.
And yes...his wife. I'm sure she knew something was up...maybe she simply saw him as a flirt...but who knows. It may have been a business move for her too. She is way too hot for him.

I am so proud of these women for coming forward, especially Rose McGowan, who refuses to let him get away with it any more!
Does anyone know how this initially came out? So many women have come forward that I lost track.

I think (not 100%) Ashley Judd told the NY Times reporter and that's how it came out.

Harvey Weinstein
Anyone who reads Crazy Days and Nights knows that Weinstein's harassment wasn't a secret. Of course his wife knew - she probably just a gold digger and wanted the status of being the wife of a powerful movie producer.
I also have issues with people that are condemning Weinstein, but are perfectly happy to work for Roman Polanski and Woody Allen. There aren't that many that have been true to their morals of disgust other than Brie Larson (refusing to acknowledge Casey Affleck at the Oscars) and Rose McGowan.

Blind Gossip has a great not-so-blind item about HW (a few actually).
His wife was definitely aware, she wanted to be part of a power couple and needed his business savvy to help her fashion brand. Now she will distance herself so her clothing line doesn't suffer.
Meryl Streep supposedly knew, even warned her daughters about him. She feigns ignorance now.
Nicole Kidman supposedly used these "meetings" to her advantage over the years.
Even HRC was supposedly privy but turned a blind eye to keep the donations rolling in.
No matter how you slice it, he is a serial sex offender. He has a long history of the same abusive patterns and this is not some kind of "quick fix" for rehab. IMO, he was drunk on power and had no moral compass, coupled with some kind of sex addiction.

Re: Harvey Weinstein
I feel like all these people knew about it and chose to stay quiet anyway. Sad.
On another note- I am wondering if Corey Feldman will ever come out about who abused both him and Corey Haim when they were kids. I remember him saying in interviews that he was afraid to come out for fear of retaliation against him. Maybe now that someone high profile like HW was exposed this will give him some courage to come out as well.

Corey Feldman has only spoken very highly of Michael Jackson, so I doubt it. They've given a few clues, mostly that it was someone involved in the movie Lucas. Can't seem to pin down who though.

OMG...I have been wondering the same thing....I have been hoping this gives him the courage to speak out. Once he does many others will come out in his support. I think whoever it is..it will be huge and we all may be in for a shock. especially since it has been done to children.

Yes! I always wondered about that too. It's disgusting that these sick F's are out there and think they're above everyone else bc they have the power and money. So glad everything came out about Harvey W, but it goes to show you there's still so much powerful people out there still doing this and so many people keeping their mouths shut about it. It makes me like Brie Larson even more for what she did.

There are rumors that Charlie Sheen was one of the abusers

Part of me wonders if he abused his wife behind closed doors and she like everyone else was scared to say anything. Look how quickly she left, maybe she was waiting for an out?

Corey Feldman specifcally says in his book that Michael Jackson never abused him but Michael Jackson stopped speaking to him. Feldman assumed that Michael Jackson thought that he had spread rumors of abuse. Feldman was very hurt that the friendship ended and he does not know exactly why.

From what I read, their marriage was just an arrangement so she could market her fashion line. But she could have been abused. I’m sure more info will come out.
I’m just surprised he hasn’t tried to kill himself. He will never recover from this.
