Kirklands opening this week in Valley Stream
Is Kirklands similar to HomeGoods? I live in Suffolk County and it is a long drive to get to Valley Stream. I am looking for an area rug and wondering if Kirklands has a big selection. I know Home Goods is building a Home Sense store in Commack and was wondering if anyone knows anything about Kirklands?

OMG, jealous. I have never bought from there but I look at their site all the time. Nearest store is about 1.5 hours from where I live. One of these days I will get there. Great stuff and reasonable prices.

There's one by me in westchester. I went not too long ago and it was overkill with all farmhouse decor. I'm curious if it will be the same in the new store

Love Kirkland’s especially the wall decor. They have some really nice ones for great price.

The stores I went to out of state are really nice. The farmhouse decor you saw may have been seasonal.

I would say it’s better than Homegoods. Kirkland’s is all home decor things and they have more selection but I don’t remember seeing rugs in the stores when I went. I am sure they have them online though. You could have ithings delivered to the store for free and then decide if you want to purchase them.
