Best brand for appliances
Buying all new appliances hopefully on Black Friday. In your opinion what is the best brand? I like matching the same brand for all usually unless someone has a reason I shouldn't?

When I redo my kitchen I will not be matching. Quick
Example... I'm getting wolf stove but a GE microwave because all
Microwaves are made by Sharp! Even if it says wolf,Viking

Go to a smaller retailer and speak to sales people. They know SOO much and will def match Home Depot, of Richards etc. plus dealing with smaller store, you will have better customer service, esp if soemthing goes wrong

We went to appliance world. They know all the details and who makes what. We picked a thermador range, but can’t fit a built in fridge, so we are getting a fridgidare refrigerator because the handles will match.- they know this stuff.
And a sharp micro too
And Bosch makes thermadors dishwashers.

I do not match. I think some brands are better in some categories than others and it is a scam on people to say you need to match. In high end kitchens none of the brands match.
For dishwashers bosch.
For ovens, honestly you get what you pay for. An inexpensive oven will not last like a higher end one, so you are paying more in the long run.
I happened to like my old Lg fridge from my old house. I thought it was a good one but consumer reports likes other brands more. I have a thermador refrigerator and a viking oven. I have a Ge microwave from 20 years ago.

We just did a kitchen remodel and did not get matching appliances. We got the best in each category in our budget:
Wolf stove
Samsung fridge
Sharp microwave
Asko diswasher
We went to PC Richards in Bellmore. I can't even begin to tell you what an amazing sales guy we had. He literally spent 3 hours with me and my mom helping me pick out the best appliances in my budget.

I don't know the best, but I will say, don't buy Frigidaire. We bought all Frigidaire appliances for our house "professional series" We haven't had 1 appliance not had problems. The fridge was replaced within a week. Recurring issues with the stove. Dishwasher baskets are falling apart and the dishes never got really clean. Microwave door catch broke so you have to futz with it to open it. Dryer door catch was broken, so that one we used to have to tape shut to keep it shut, until we fixed it.
