Low Calorie Meals, Under 400 per serving...
I dont eat fish, so chicken is my low calorie goto.
Chicken portabello - pearl onions (from the frozen section), portabello mushrooms sliced in sautee pan with 1 teaspoon oil, sautee for ~10 mins until vegggies are soft and all the liquid reabsorbs. Remove veggies from sautee pan. Pound out 2 chicken cutlets, flour them and spray with pam. 2 teaspoons oil and cook in the same pan you used for the veggies. Cook ~ 2 mins each side. Add 1/4 cup red wine, cook till reduced. add 1/2 cup chicken broth. boil it a little bit then add veggie back in to rewarm them.
chicken cordon bleu - pound out chicken cutlets - top with one slice of cheese (I use jarlsburg light swiss from costco) and a slice or two of deli ham. Roll up. Spray with pam, and put a little breadcrumbs on top. Spray tops with pam again over breadcrumbs. Put in oven at 375 for about 30 mins. Check to make sure its done, its hard to time because it depends on how thick the chicken is.
Both of these chicken main dishes I count at around 400. The cordon bleu I'll eat with riced cauliflower cooked in a frying pan with 1 tablespoon butter with 2 tablespoons of parm regg and its sort of like a cheese rice. (That is for 4 cups of riced cauliflower.) That side is really low in calories.
Surprisingly cheese pierogies and gnochi are low calorie. I'll boil pierogies and roast veggies in a sheet pan in the oven (peppers, onions, mushrooms) and then when they are all done toss them all together with 1 tablespoon of oil and salt.
Similar with gnocchi. I get the fresh gnocchi from the supermarket fridge and put it on sheet pan with veggies (Carrots/broccoli/onion/mushroom) in the oven. Gnocci is easier because you dont have to boil like the pierogies. You just need to make sure that you weigh/count how much gnocchi you can have based on your calorie desires.
Can you readjust your calorie allotment per meal? (less breakfast/lunch and more dinner) If you could go up to 600 for dinner that would open up your options. Some days i'll have much smaller breakfast/lunch so I can allocate more towards dinner and actually have 3 ground pork sausage tacos complete with cheese and avocado for 700 calories.)

I don't count calories, but I did Whole30 in July of last year and sort of kept with it, and have lost almost 30lbs since then. Low cal is not necessarily better! That said, most W30 meals are veg & protein + healthy fat so they are probably lower calorie meals.
Here are some favorites:
Egg Roll in a Bowl
CHicken Spinach Artichoke Casserole
Coconut Almond Chicken
Chicken Chili
Firecracker Pineapple Chicken
