HELP PLEASE ROYAL CARRIBBEAN CRUISE

We leave for a cruise in Feb and goign a night early. We won't have carseats with us, and the air port shuttle does not provide them and either does their service that goes to the port.

How do I get us there? flying to Ft Lauder dale. Do you know a service that provides car seats?

thanks

How old are your kids? In the past we have picked up cheap boosters and traveled with them. We typically rent a car to get to port.

Re: HELP PLEASE ROYAL CARRIBBEAN CRUISE

Yes how old?
If they are old enough for a booster (for a short trip at least) you can get the deflatable bubble bum on that packs right in your carry on and put it in any car service car

Re: HELP PLEASE ROYAL CARRIBBEAN CRUISE

Cruise port is 15 minutes from the airport, if that helps.

We brought our Bubble Bums - we cruised out of Miami and flew into FLL.

I checked though and I did see an Uber with carseats available.

So depending on the age of the kids you can totally do the Bubble Bum.
DD used it at 4 for the first time, just for a short Uber ride.

MJS Transportation. We used it from FTL to Miami Cruise Port and was $13pp each way. Nice Mercedes Vans and friendly drivers. We usually do not bring car seats when we go on a cruise and MJS licensing is similar to a taxi so car seats are not needed according to them.

Regardless of licensing, a 1 year old needs to be in a proper carseat. I would never go anywhere without a child that age in a carseat.
What happens if the car service gets in an accident?
I never understood those rules.

Thank you. Yes and my 1 yr old is a wild man lol. He def needs a seat. I never understood the laws either. But Florida can be very picky about careers. They can really turn you away and not take you with no car seats. My 7 yr old is probably ok without a booster b/c she’s tall and weighs enough. But my other 2 def need something. Our flight is late and we land late and I don’t want to make it more aggravating than it already is. I think I found a service that probvides them.

Get a bubble bum on Amazon for your 7 year old. It's awesome for travel

If you did find a service that has car seats, can you please share? I'm going to be needing 3 when we go on our cruise out of Miami. We'll be flying in the day before and will need to get to the hotel then to the port.
