This one is a front runner. I also have it in a sleevelss version and the print is exactly the same but navy blue instead of gray. Will depend on the weather.

I checked- I got it at Lord and Taylor and they don't have it anymore.
Macys carried it too I think.
I searched around- nobody seems to have it anymore.

All of them have great flattering cuts.
I have the one posted here in sleeveless too for summer, and I have another fall/winter one as well.
They fit like a dream and are sooo flattering

Even if that particular one is not available, that style has been available by Lauren for a long time and still is. I have a couple of these dresses from quite a few years ago and just saw a similar one in L&T this weekend. For the most part, there are just variations on the print and sleeves, with the same basic style. It's a great dress - so comfortable and great for work or a nice occasion

As far as the Lauren dress goes, L&T has these (and some others too) that are all basically the same cut (or very similar) and fabric (they are very comfy and flattering - how can you go wrong!):
navy & white dress
navy floral dress
navy swirl dress
flutter sleeve dress

These dresses are life.
Seriously.
They flatter so well, they hide any issues, and the best part, they don't wrinkle.
I wash them in cold, hang them on a hanger and they dry perfect. They come out of the washer, almost dry too.
You can pack them, roll them up in a ball, whatever, never a wrinkle.
