Favorite instant pot recipe?
I just got an instant pot and I'm obsessed with it! What are your favorite recipes? Not that it's a recipe per se but I love the hard boiled eggs. So easy and come out great. I also did ST piccadillo and it was awesome. I did a mushroom and spinach risotto that was great. I would love some more ideas.

I haven’t used mine much. Just haven’t had time to try new things as much as I’d like.
I made beef stew that was awesome.
I made chicken thighs this week and they were super tender.
Was just interesting recipes before I came on here lol
To do list:
Risotto
Beans
Pulled pork
Pulled beef
Ribs
Oslo bucco
Chicken enchilada stuffing
Anything I used to make in a slow cooker
I plan to throw out my slow cooker, just haven’t fully adapted over yet.

Favorite instant pot recipe?
Salsa chicken (over quinoa and roasted corn)
Butter chicken (Indian)
Pepper jam chicken meatballs
Harissa chicken (on pita with cucumber and tzatziki)
Honey sesame chicken
As you can see, mostly chicken. I LOVE that I can sauté in it and LOVE LOVE that I can throw frozen chicken it in with whatever sauce/salsa/whatever and 20 minutes later it's done.

Favorite instant pot recipe?
I usually make soups, stews, chicken korma & butter chicken (Indian). I love using pot in pot to make rice. I put one of the items I listed at the bottom of the pot and put a bowl with rice on top.

What recipe do you use for butter chicken? I have been wanting to try Urvashi Pitre’s ( that’s the author’s name) recipe from her Indian instant pot recipe book. The recipe I use is kind of my own. I think I basically add butter to chicken curry.

I use Urvashi’s recipe. We love it with nan from Trader Joe’s

I haven't used it as much as I thought I would, but I like the versatility of it.
This past Sunday I used the slow cooker function to make a tangy pulled pork recipe I got from the Times. Love that I can brown the meat in the same pot, then switch it over to slow cook mode.
Wanted to make yogurt, but haven't gotten around to it.
I really need to use it more......
