I just have to say...
That some recent BFPs have given me a lot of hope...but I still keep thinking, will it EVER happen for us? 
My DH had the blockage surgery in June, stopped smoking in August. I am in the 2ww wait now. We are just praying that we get a BFP before we have to turn to IUI or IVF. We haven't started that process yet. In the meantime, I have been cutting way back on the caffeine and taking my folic acid. What juice is recommended again? I totally forgot...
The way I see it, if now that he had the surgery, he is "back to normal" so to speak, and it takes "normal" couples 6 mos - 1 yr, right? So I guess I shouldn't start to panic for another couple of months...
We keep saying to each other, what if we can't have kids? I don't know, I think we are freaking each other out

the best advice I can give you from experience is to take one day at a time. It does know good to get caught up in the what ifs. Be aware, be educated, be proactive, but dont start ruminating about the what ifs.
Focus on now and how you can help make your dreams come true. It sounds like you are doing that

The recent BFP's have also given me a lot of hope especially, since I have seen the struggles of some these women.
It seems to me that you are proactive in your journey. Like Pauline says, Continue to be proactive and educate yourself.
I have been kinda laxed lately with certain testing but little by little I am checking them off my list. This year alone, I have learned so much about my IF issues.
Don't give up on your dreams!

Its a scary thought being faced with months of nothing happening. I can honestly say there were Many many many times, too many to count, where I thought I would never get pregnant. The thoughts didnt help the situation at all, but I do understand how easy it is to get scared and worry.
All any of us can do, TTC, PG etc is pray, be pro active and understand the facts and try our best to not let the negative thoughts get us too down, cause its really hard to pick yourself back up.
Think as positive as possible even when it seems impossible!
