Re: Wild Wild Country
Just finished the show.
I liked it, but feel like they definitely glossed over a lot of details, and didn't really give any insight into the Baghwan himself and why people loved him so much.
It was also somewhat anti-climactic i felt.
But very interesting nonetheless!

I finally watched it. At parts you feel like they’re just doing their thing and Sheela seemed reasonable - then you remember that she poisoned people, tried to kill the doctor, got a bunch of guns, kicked out the homeless, etc. if they had just stuck to the laws and kept to themselves (instead of being greedy and taking over the surrounding cities) they could have had a great place.

The other day on the southern state I saw a van with a sticker of the Baghwan on it. No, the van was not red.

Exactly -- she really could play both sides and manipulate.
