Not Happy with Highlights

Hi-
I had partial highlights done last Wednesday, and I kind of hate them. I can't really pinpoint why...I think they may look too "brassy"/orange. I would rather not go back to the place that did them originally, I wasn't a fan.

My question is, if I go to a salon to get them fixed, do I have to sit there for another 3 hours and go through the whole process again?? Ugh, I think I'd rather keep my sucky hair than do that. Is there something they can maybe do with toner?

TIA!

Not Happy with Highlights

Perhaps try a purple shampoo at home to cut the brassiness?

Yes they can usually tone down the brightness with a toner.

I’ve done thisand it’s been pretty quick. They let the toner sit like 30 mins or so and rinsed it out.

Thanks for the suggestions! You know what though, my hair is actually starting to grow on me. I'm going to give it a few more days before I do anything. I think it may be my aging face I'm not liking in the mirror haha!

I was going to say that as well. Sometimes if you give it a few days, it either grows on you or it tones it self down/fades out a bit with washing it a few times.
That has happened to me as well.
