Splish Splash with little ones
I'm considering a day trip to Splish Splash but I'm not sure it's worth it.
I have a 4 and 7 year old. The both love kiddie areas. My 7 yo is not into big slides.
Is it worth going on a Saturday this summer?

I liked Splish Splash when we went last year, but DD was only 15 months. There are two little kiddie areas and then the wave pool which was my DD's favorite part. I don't think I'd go on a Saturday though. We went on a Friday in August and it was still crazy.

I was there today with my kids (11, 9, 5). I'm pregnant so I can't go on much so I hung out in the little areas with my 5 year old...she loves it. We do the wave pools, the bigger kiddie area, a few tube slides that aren't super intense. It's crowded, but fun if they really like the water.

Re: Splish Splash with little ones
I took my grandkids when they were 5 & 6 and we stayed in the kiddie area and they had a blast. We went during the week and I had a few other adults with me. I'm not sure how comfortable I would've felt going alone.
