LOL all I know is all the half in half in our house has been replaced by heavy cream since DH started doing keto because heavy cream has no carbs.
I have to say, it makes the coffee delightful though!

My DH loves heavy cream in his coffee too! Whenever it's in the house he'll use that over half-and-half if he decides to use creamer.
