Low carb snacks
Turkey pepperoni nuked until it's crispy.. yum! Like super salty chips Same with shredded parmesan cheese. Put little lumps on a plate. nuke until they're golden. (your kitchen will stink) Almonds with different flavors Ricotta spiced with savory or sweet (savory on celery, sweet on Kimmypop)

Re: Low carb snacks
I'm the queen of this as DH is keto He eats snacks every night some of which he makes. Let me dig up some of his old stand bys. lol
ETA-
He eats pepperoni- doesn't have to be turkey- you can have the real deal
Quest bars and quest cookies- they have low net carbs- not sure if you count net carbs but now that he's at goal he is ok with eating something with carbs as long as it has low net carbs.
Cheese off the block- all kinds
you can do olives
those blue diamond almonds with the flavors- i love the salt and vinegar ones.
guac is great- just use cucumbers to eat it with or celery
celery and laughing cow cheese
He makes a ton of low carb/keto/no sugar desserts- but they take some effort and planning. He made this chocolate caramel candy the other day that was out of this world. I would have never known it wasn't "real" candy
He made a pecan coffee crumb cake that was great too
But grab and go- more of the above stuff

Low carb snacks
Quest bars for sweet cravings - they are basically the reason I’m able to stay very low carb without giving in to sweets cravings. Warm them in the microwave - yum. I love cottage cheese, plain Greek yogurt (they do have some carbs but low in small servings). Those individual flavored tuna packets, salty macadamia nuts, 100% dark chocolate (may be too bitter for some but I freaking love it), pork rind “chips”, Enlightened brand ice cream (low carb if you watch the serving size). If you like shakes at all, I like EAS Advandedge low carb shakes and also muscle milk 100 calorie shakes (I do lots of weight lifting so want the protein in my diet).
