LOL, i'm here, at your service! (I should work for this company, I swear!)
Honestly, I would do it right before the wedding.
I have had it last through a shower, and may or may not have gone to work on day 2 of it, without touching it up , but it might streak a bit if you aren't careful, and it also might come off on your sheets or the inside of your pj pants if you wear long pants to bed.
For a wedding, you want it to look fresh, so just do it right before you get dressed, let it dry for a good 5 minutes, once it's COMPLETELY dry, use an old dry towel to lightly go over your legs and get off any excess, then put your dress on!

Anytime!
One other thing- make sure you do it near a window or natural light source if possible. If it's already dark out just make sure you are doing it with as much light as possible (I have done it in my kitchen for this reason! ) I once did it an area that was not so well lit and the second I stepped outside it showed all the spots I missed and areas it was not even!

I use this stuff for every single event. I am horribly WHITE -- it is awful. I usually use the jergens self tanner on my legs for 2-3 days prior to an event. Then the day of the event I just use the sally hansen 15mins before getting dressed. It is literally make up for your legs. So if you shower it will streak off. I usually use a washcloth to get it all off the same night or the next morning.

Can you shave your legs right before putting this on? Or will it burn/cause a reaction?

No you can shave. Just this morning I shaved and then used it. I don't react to it at all. I guess it would depend on your skin of course, but I never had an issue with it. It really doesn't burn- especially if you get the cream version

I've never used this so I can't speak for the product, but I have very sensitive skin and even putting lotion on sometimes burns my legs after I shave. Maybe do a trial run?

I LOVE this stuff!
I would just recommend spraying on your legs over the tub or shower because it can get a little messy sometimes! Then blend into your skin like you would lotion. Your hands will be a mess after but blending is a must, but it washes right off.

If using the spray, it's easiest to spray into your hands and then rub on legs to avoid a mess. The cream is even less messy

I love it. It's a bit more moisturizing too. Easy to work with as well. Target sells it.
