I saved something similar that I came across yesterday without the Cider and Molasses.

The skillet does look very tempting to buy; but its another thing I have to store. But over 1000 reviews; this really must be worth it.

Although I, too, DESPISE the grease splatters.

Oh; I ended up finding a Norbest for Thanksgiving and it was Dee-licious!!! I also followed the recipe you posted from Clinton Kelly. A BUNCH OF THUMBS UP on that one!!

It's always a pan to store appliances but I really LOVE this skillet. I use it for so many things: big batches of scrambled eggs, sausage and peppers, stir fries, chicken cutlets, meatballs, etc. I also like the lid, keeps all of that messy splatter contained. Chat Icon

So happy you found a Norbest and the turkey came out great! I LOVE that recipe, it makes the most flavorful meat.
