Hershey Hotel vs Hershey Lodge
What's the difference? Where should we stay? We're going at the end of the summer if it makes a difference. Thanks!

Hershey Hotel is an upscale 5 star hotel where the lodge is more casual- it has an indoor waterpark, and is less expensive.
The hotel has a spa, an amazing outdoor pool area, fine dining restaurant, etc But it's SUPER expensive. I saw like $600 a night for the summer at one point.
I just can't justify that if I'm out at the park all day- and I'm a hotel snob.

Yeah the lodge is not cheap either.
If you can get the hotel for just $100 more a night I'd go for that hands down
I wasn't thrilled with some of the reviews of the lodge that i read on Trip advisor

The rooms at the lodge were just ehh. I was expecting more for the price tag. It has the indoor waterpark which was the main reason we booked. Kids enjoyed.
