The Simply Delicious Kitchen - JUST WANTED TO SAY THANK YOU
I just wanted to say thank you SO much to everyone who supports my threads, FB cooking group and food blog. It means a lot to me that so many find it helpful and useful and I love that I am able to make a difference in people's life even if by something as small as sharing a new recipe or teaching someone a new coking tip.
I am always open to suggestions, ideas and constructive criticism too so if you ever want to share your thoughts I would love to hear them. Thank you again for your continued support and I look forward to another year of The Simply Delicious Kitchen!

Keep up the great work! I'd love to see more tried and tested crockpot recipes (esp stews!) now that it's Winter. Anytime I try crockpotting the food looks boiled and bland and sooo unappealing lol.

you have made me look like a professional on more than one occasion!
SO is the biggest, pickiest eater i have ever met. it's worse than when DS was a toddler and didn't want to eat anything other than horchata, grapes cut in half, and pancakes...
even he has applauded me when i've made items i found on your blog or FB.
keep it coming!

I wish I was on FB to join the group. Maybe someday...
But, I enjoy your blog SO much, and I went from NOT cooking at all, to trying some recipes and being pretty good at it.
You took the "fear" out of cooking for me - if that makes any sense at all.

Here is my "go-to" recipe for stew.
CROCK POT STEW
I will try to include more Crock-Pot recipes, thank you for the suggestion. On the blog, if you click the "recipes" tab, there is a link for Crock Pot recipes. Any that I have are filed there so they are easier to find.

I totally get what you're saying and it makes me so happy to hear because that was my goal when I started the blog. Sharing and creating recipes that were super delish but not super hard so that home cooks (even inexperienced ones) would feel comfortable trying them out.
I am so glad you are enjoying the blog and have gained confidence in the kitchen!

I swear by everything Cuisinart, their appliances work great and last. My first Cuisinart food processor lasted 20 years, I only replaced it because it was too small for the amount of cooking and baking I do. I now have the Cuisinart Elite, I LOVE it!
