Is this too much Pizza?
Sorry yet another post on how much pizza to order.... I am doing a bday party for my DD and it will be at our house. Normally when I have parties at a kiddie place I will under-order pizza because I notice that a lot of adults do not eat at these parties. However since I am having it at the house on a late afternoon, and have a bunch of family members coming, I am thinking that they will actually eat. I will have 25 adults and 14 kids attending. 3 of the adults and 1 of the kids eat gluten free. I was thinking: 3 gluten free pizzas (they are much smaller than a regular pie), 6 regular pies with 2 of the pies cut into 16th's for the kids, and 3 Sicilian pies. Is this pizza overkill? Thoughts/suggestions?

I would bank on minimum 2 slices per adult and one slice per kid depending on how old they are and then throw in an extra pie or 2. I would make sure the gluten free people will eat the gluten free pizza. If they are very sensitive they may not be willing to risk cross contamination.
Will you be having other food?

I was planning on putting out a salad (like i know my sister is a healthy eater and won't eat pizza), and ordering 2 dozen garlic knots as well.

Re: Is this too much Pizza?
I think that is perfect; assuming you know people like sicilian pies. I just had my sons party at a place this past weekend; we had 15 kids and 15 adults. I am not certain how many kids pies we had, but I would say 2 is fine. For just 15 adults, we went through 4.5 pies. So you will probably have some extra, but since you are having it at the house, I think people may hang a little longer and eat more

I would order extra garlic knots. I had 36 of them at DD’s party (about 25 adults) and we ran out. This was along with pizza, salad and pasta.

I think that's more than enough pizza. You could probably even eliminate a regular pie since Sicilian is more filling.
I'd have a large salad or even 2. I think people would be more likely to have extra salad, rather than another slice of pizza. Salad is always the first thing to run out at parties.
I would also add more garlic knots. 3-4 dozen since they're inexpensive.
