i just found out about it, this morning.
it's an herbal steaming of the vagina.
it's supposed to help all sorts of things, depending on the herbal blend... anything from menstrual symptoms, to fertility, to reducing fibroid.
a coworker swears by it.

Do nothing to the vagina. No douche, no special steams, nothing up there that shouldn’t be up there
I feel I saw a show once where an Obgyn said the only thing that can come from this is more of a chance of getting steady I friction due to the moist heat on the vagina for a long period of time.

i kept thinking of some kind of infection because who knows what the herbs might have on them... i'm thinking debris or tiny, tiny bugs. yes, the heat from boiling water would kill them, but that's what ran through my head.
i was just wondering if you peeps had heard of this.
i was surprised that there are spas that do this!
