Billie Eilish Tickets on Ticketmaster - How Much Did You Pay?

I'm curious, if you bought tickets for Radio City concert when they went on sale, how much did you pay? There are ONLY resale tickets on there, and the prices range from $500 - $2000, which is absolutely INSANE to me.

I never say this but I actually think she’s horrible. I try to make an effort to listen to up and comers so I heard her a while ago and only recently realized she’d gotten so big. You’d have to pay me $2k to listen to her and I still wouldn’t be happy about it.

I feel like something needs to be done from a legislative standpoint to crack down on these exorbitant up-charges on tickets on these 3rd party sites.
It's highway robbery.
Like whenever Sebastian Maniscalco comes to town and his tickets sell out in 2 minutes and then they are selling on stubhub or wherever or like $2k.
GTFOH

It's not right. They need to crack down on that. Like you shouldn't be allowed to profit off tickets.
You buy tickets and need to sell them- fine. You sell for face value. You shouldn't' be able to mark them up 300%

Agreed but, you know, supply and demand - if no one paid, the resellers couldn't charge that much.

What I'd prefer to see a crackdown on is the fees that Ticketbastard and the like charge - I buy a ticket for $70 and then pay $30 in fees - it's ridiculous.

I agree, it's insane to me that scalpers buy up all the tickets to resell them.

I'm not really a fan either! But, was trying to do something she would like, since she said to me the other day that I always say "no" to everything Chat Icon Not saying yes to this though unless the tickets come down to less than $100!

Not to hijack the thread, but Sebastian is the best!! You got me in the mood to see him, so I went on You Tube, volume off, closed caption on (I'm at work) and I am hysterical to the point of my eyes tearing. I had to turn it off.
I just love him.

They were crazy expensive from the beginning, like in the 200's for crappy seats. I can't stand her but my daughter loves her and her best friends mom had a connection, so we are bringing them all...I am absolutely dreading it.

~ $500 has been the price from early on. I was guessing it was because of limited concert dates and demand. I cant imagine paying $1000+ to go see her for a few hours
