How to sell Hofstra Credits

I have 2 graduate credits from Hofstra that I received from hosting two student teachers.

1) How do I go about selling them?
2) I just looked at it's $1,398 per graduate credit. How much do people usually sell 2 credits for?
3) You just meet a random person at a public place and they give you cash in exchange for the forms?

Sorry, I have no idea where to begin or how it really works. I've had the vouchers since May, and I don't want them to go to waste. TIA
