Has anyone in the TOH received the STAR rebate check yet?
Website says they "began mailing" the checks, just curious if anyone got it yet?

Not necessarily. If you bought before 2015 and earn less than $250k, it may still get deducted, though you can choose to get the check. Otherwise, you now get a check.

I bought back in 2011 and it auto deducted. In 2018 i sold and repurchased. Should i assume it is being deducted?

We just moved so I know we are getting the check now but what the average people get? Just curious. My town says they will be mailed in November.

Anyone that purchased after 2015 i think is now a rebate check. So you should be getting a rebate check now.

It depends on your school district. There is no average.

You will now receive a check because you re-purchased a home in 2018. As long as you re-applied for STAR for the new house, you'll get a check.
