Ulta!
Why is Ulta always so much more than other stores?
I used to go there a lot, but now I'm finding their stuff marked up a bit more. I get they have their rewards and all, but still cheaper at other stores.
I love the convenience of it, but finding it harder to want to shop there. I was looking for my Clinique eyeliner, which Ulta has for $22 and I checked online it's $16 at Nordstrom.

I never shopped there for that reason. I don't think they are reasonable at all.
I go everywhere else. lol

Have you ever thought to try Ebay- I am able to find higher end makeup brands on ebay at great prices.

I like Ulta because of their return policy and their rewards. I find rewards accumulate quickly and also you can return anything for 60 days - I like the option to return something if I try it and find it does not work for me.

Yes. I return so much there. And the amount of rewards I accumulate means a lot of free orders throughout the year

I have been doing this, my skincare is half the price on ebay compared to Ulta. I only go to ulta if i have too, or using rewards.

Because they can. As long as people shop there and pay the prices, they can charge as much as they want. Your paying a premium for having everything in one place.

I find the stuff I buy is price fixed everywhere.
Example- IT Cosmetics bye bye redness - always the same price
Stila Smudgestick eyeliner- same price in Ulta and Sephora.
Born this Way Foundation- same price in Ulta and Sephora.
Sephora and Ulta are the same prices on all the prestige cosmetics- they are pretty much price fixed.
I have found things like that cheaper on Amazon but learned the hard way- I got a cosmetic item that was clearly counterfeit and it was disgusting. So I save nothing and actually lost money.
One time DH bought me perfume on ebay and it was faker than a 3 dollar bill.
Never again
So now I just buy it at Ulta and use my rewards and wait for the 20 off coupons that you can use on prestige cosmetics... that saves me a lot
