I used to use Peapod exclusively but the final straw was they left 18 items off my order for a 4th of July party (and charged me for them) on July 3rd. While they were willing to credit me back, that wasn’t the point and it had happened too many times.. I’ve now been using Shoprite from home (and I pick it up, but they have a delivery option from some stores too) and haven’t had any issues. They always call if they are out of something and have been more then happy to add something if I call before I pick up. It’s usually always ready early too.

I've used Peapod and Fresh Direct many times. No issues. Great customer service too.
