Grocery store deliveries?

Does anyone know how often they get bread deliveries? I'm trying to time my next visit to snag a loaf and some eggs too.

On that note, does anyone know if local bakeries have been able to keep up the demand for bread? Maybe I should go that route.

I went to the store this morning and they were stocked of bread and eggs. The only thing i couldn't get, was rice. I wanted to make rice pudding and that aisle was wiped out!!

This was a Stop and Shop at 8am this morning.

I went to Whole Foods on Sunday. They were out of eggs. When I was checking out, the cashier asked if I found everything I needed. I laughed and mentioned they were out of eggs. She told me to come back in the morning because they would be getting a delivery - I didn't ask her, but the way she made it sound, it was like they get deliveries daily

Just saw a post on FB by a Trader Joe’s employee saying they get deliveries twice a day during the week and 3x’s a day in weekends
