Spanx-ish help
I have a gathering to attend next week and I got a really cute dress. Unfortunately, my mom belly is hugged in all the wrong areas. Anyone have any tummy flattening undergarment suggestions that doesn't make you roll out of the top? And any other suggestions to decrease bloat?

Re: Spanx-ish help
For bloat try to stay way from Salt, beer.. maybe have some green smoothies & salads this week to help you go.
Can’t really help with tummy shapers. I have heard that Kim Ks shape wear line Skims is really good from some of my family members. But idk for myself or the price point.

Re: Spanx-ish help
Spanx never does what I hope they would. I agree with others to preplan a bit.
I will make sure I stay away from foods that Bloat. Be it salt or gassy food. Take gas X. And take epsom salt bath night before or day of event.

Spanx-ish help
Skimmies by Jockey. Smoothes everything but doesn't feel uncomfortable like Spanx. I've seen it at Kohl's and I think Target.
