Re: anyone had a breast lift without implants?
You can do this if you have good breast volume. I didn’t - mostly loose skin. So it was recommended I get a small implant. A typical breast lift leaves a scar around the nipple as well as a vertical scar. I found the projection of the implant obscures the vertical scar a little bit. I have a friend who had ample breast tissue and had one done w/o an implant and she was also very happy. Good luck!

Re: anyone had a breast lift without implants?
I just had a lift with a reduction. I didn’t require an implant because I had enough volume.
My recovery was great. I had zero pain.

Tell me about this more? Did insurance cover it? I wear a G (DD since 6th grade) and they are killing me now. I would love to go smaller and lift them. My friend had a reduction (20 yrs ago) and her scars were horrible! How is scaring?

Were they horrible years later? Generally they fade pretty well over time, but they are definitely there - so it is a cost/benefit analysis. Mine are barely visible now - not more than, say, a faded stretch mark. I’d do it again 100 times over. Most plastic surgeon websites have before and after pics you can look at.
