Best of luck to you, funkybutt. Let me preface this by saying I am not a doctor, not a nutritionist, I am a bird brain with a communications degree, BUT my father had lung cancer many years ago, a type with a 10 percent 5 year survival rate and he wound up living 18 years and didn’t die of cancer, and he credits that to fresh juicing. Do your research and trust your doctors of course and I’m sure I’ll get slammed, but it’s one of those “can’t hurt” things and in his case, he did beat a death sentence. I juice carrots regularly and have my whole life. Who knows what his success is really attributable to. Best of luck to you, truly!
I’ve been talking to a friend of mine that had Stage IV breast cancer that she beat but then found out it spread to brain and spine tumors. And she’s still alive 5 years after the first diagnosis. Her main points are to cut out sugar, find a natural path for supplements, and juicing (lots of greens). A good juicer is probably what I’ll ask for my birthday in November.
I’m glad your dad is still with you. That’s amazing!

I’m so sorry! I have a good friend who helped her dad recover twice, she swears by no animal products during treatment. Beans, nuts, fruit, veggies, oats, lentils but no meat
