Looks like this is really the only board being used. Maybe we should get rid of some of the others. LOL
Kinda sad when I started on here after LIW and I was pregnant over 11 years ago or trying (can't remember the exact), but this board was so busy if I posted something about 5 mins later it could be on the 2nd page so many were posting. I used to look forward to celerity pics, or using the pregnancy board. Now it's crickets.

Yeah... at my peak, I was posting at least 10 times per day. Now, I often go days without posting anything.

It really is sad how slow the boards are in comparison to what they used to be! I've been here since 2010 (different username) and was on LIW before. I remember days when I couldn't keep up with the posts

Good ol' LIW. I think I planned most of my wedding based on LIW reviews. Search and ask and you shall find...... I did get some cute ideas from there too. 
Those were the days....

so many items i included in my wedding were because of LIW
* cigar rollers
* candy buffet
* card box
* monogramed EVERYTHING lol

I definitely think this is what happened. I know a lot of people went over to FB and private groups. This groups even slowed down a lot.

I am not on facebook so I feel like this is my only place to go.
I check it a few times a day and get excited when I see new posts.
I honestly only visit families helping families and celebrities.
once in a while I will visit the relationship one.

I think anonymity is a great thing because of all of the crazies on the internet,
As for dropoffs in posts, I think people, like me, come here for community and to exchange ideas when there is a lot going on in the world.
It's sad, though, because I know that a bunch of people get turned off and leave when others' abusive behavior online gets too toxic. The site suffers. I know that some people lose interest and leave here permanently or temporarily when abusive behavior kicks up. People don't want to lower themselves to engage with it.
