Trying to put together something for a birthday present for a parent - asking family/friends questions...

Hi! I am trying to put together a "memory" booklet of sorts to celebrate a milestone birthday for my mom. My thought was to email friends/family a list of questions or just a few poignant questions and put the answers together in a book for the birthday girl to read. I'm stumped though! I'm googling online and finding ideas where you are asking the family member themselves questions but not anything where family and friends answer questions. I thought it would be nice for my mom to have this as a gift but open to other ideas!

The questions I have so far are:

The best thing about "birthday girl" is...
My favorite memory with "birthday girl" is...

I need more ideas! THANK YOU IN ADVANCE FOR YOUR HELP!

I think it is a terrific idea. We did something like this for my father. We just asked friends and family to send us a favorite memory or story. Pretty much anything they wanted to say. We put it together in a book. My father loved it and would frequently pick it up to look at it again Don't make it too complicated. You could give them starter questions, as an example (like your questions you have) and let the people run with it

Yes just have everyone write their favorite memorybod/with your mom. Also ask if they have any pictures with her that they can share with you and you can include those on the page with the memory

I think favorite memory is a great one. I am sure she will be surprised to read all those memories that she may have forgotten or maybe seemed insignificant but they were meaningful to friends and family.
