Trump loses election lawsuits in Pennsylvania and Michigan, drops Arizona case
Judges have dealt double blows to President Trump's longshot attempts to disqualify enough ballots to win the presidency. Trump’s own campaign even dropped their lawsuits in Arizona:
And as President-elect Joe Biden's lead grew in Arizona, the Trump campaign dropped its legal challenges throughout Maricopa County, CNBC reports. "The tabulation of votes statewide has rendered unnecessary a judicial ruling as to the presidential electors," Trump's campaign said in a Friday filing. Biden's leads in Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Georgia are even wider than his edge in Arizona.

The Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas rejected five petitions by the Trump campaign to invalidate mail-in ballots in Philadelphia, which ultimately upheld approximately 8,300 ballots.
The Trump campaign had challenged mail-in ballots that were counted despite the voter leaving out some information on the ballot’s outer envelope, such as their address or not printing their name in addition to signing it.

He must be crying in his basement...
He looked awful today at the press conference where he slipped up. Maybe reality is setting in finally.
He’s admitted before in an interview when talking about Hillary calling him in 2016 and congratulating him on his win, that he knows it was hard for her but it would’ve been very, very hard for him to have admitted defeat … So you know this must be killing him.
I remember what he said at a recent rally… “Could you imagine me losing? I’ll have to leave the country!”

Oh, I'm sure he will. With how many criminal charges are waiting for him on Jan 21st, he's going to leave to a country that doesn't have an extradition policy... Even with pardons, he can't pardon himself, or get Pence to pardon him for State crimes.

Yeah I can’t even imagine what’s going to happen with the Southern District of New York. I wonder if he tries to go to Scotland? I think he has a hotel there. I don’t know how fleeing a country works because… I’m not a criminal and I pay my taxes.

If he does leave I suspect he'll go to one of the Gulf States where there is no extradition and he'll live in luxury after he sells off his properties, albeit for a fraction of their worth (he'll need to unload them quickly before SDNY gets their inevitable convictions and seizes them.)

Re: Trump loses election lawsuits in Pennsylvania and Michigan, drops Arizona case
Definitely not Scotland...
President Donald Trump will face “due accountability” if evidence is found linking his Scottish golf resorts to money laundering or other financial fraud, the leader of the Scottish government said this week.
First Minister Nicola Sturgeon spoke out Wednesday in Parliament in response to a call from the co-leader of the Scottish Green Party to seek an “unexplained wealth order” to determine the source of funding for Trump’s $60 million cash purchase of his Trump Turnberry golf resort in 2014, when his U.S. tax returns showed vast losses that allowed him to avoid paying any income taxes. Trump also owns the Trump Aberdeen resort in Scotland.
The Scotish leader said she wouldn’t protect “the soon-to-be former president of the United States” from “due accountability in Scotland” if wrongdoing is found. An investigation, including an unexplained wealth order, would be up to the Crown Office, the independent public prosecution system in Scotland, Sturgeon added.
Green Party leader Patrick Harvie has contended Trump’s Scottish resorts raise suspicions because neither Turnberry (which lost $26 million in 2016) nor Aberdeen has turned a profit or paid a penny in taxes to Scotland since Trump purchased them. All of the revenue is allegedly absorbed by costs — with many of the expenses flowing back to the president’s Trump Organization.
“We need to protect Scotland’s good name from association with the toxic Trump brand,” Harvie said in Parliament. Harvie also noted Manhattan District Attorney Cyrus Vance Jr.’s ongoing investigation of the Trump Organization for possible bank and insurance fraud.
