21st birthday gift
My daughter is turning 21 on January 1st. I've been trying to come up with a great gift for her. I was very close on black friday to buying her a gift certificate for sky diving because she has mentioned wanting to do it. But when I ran it by her two closest friends, they thought she may not go through with it. And they themselves would be too scared to do it with her.
She loves to travel so I was thinking of an Airbnb gift card maybe (would be for about $250)? Other than that I'm coming up empty. She has everything and with Christmas coming its hard to come up with something she needs, so I was leaning toward an experience of some kind.
Any suggestions?

What about indoor skydiving? There's a place in NJ or in Yonkers.
My 12 year old niece did it and LOVED it.

Maybe the gc for the Airbnb with a few of her friends. Make a basket of cheer for them to celebrate her bday.
So hard right now with all these restrictions as I know most kids will go bar hopping normally and I don't even know if that is possible now.
My daughter had friends over for snacks and pre-gaming and then went out for the night but that again was pre-covid so it was much easier to think of things to do.

I did that with DS and DD on a cruise ship a few years ago. That was AWESOME!

Re: 21st birthday gift
Book a private igloo for drinks and dinner at one of these LI restaurants that have the fun setups, reserve now for January because they seem popular. And she’ll always remember her first legal drink.

Maybe you can go a different route & give her a good piece of jewelry. You know something she will wear for the rest of her life.

Delta has gift cards too so you can then create a whole theme around somewhere she wants to go. A Rick Stevens book about the destination, Away luggage, maybe some currency if it's a foreign destination, a journal to journal her dream trip.
I also did the indoor, skydiving. So much fun and I would definitely recommend.

Re: 21st birthday gift
I was just getting ready to list my Ifly gift cards on FB. I have a (2) $50 gift cards for Ifly (you combine them in one transaction when you book online). I bought them in 2018 for my DD for xmas, and we never used them. They don't expire. If you are interested, I can send you the PDF. Looking for $75 for them
If she likes travel, Travelzoo has some amazing deals for next year right now. I saw a Costa Rica one for $399 recently
