PENCE is not going...
To Trump's "farewell" ceremony. He is attending Bidens inauguration. Trump must feel like such a jerk! They even invited Scaramucci and he declined

I would think one of them would have to attend the inauguration and Pence said it is a time conflict.
Scarmucci was fired 10 days after he started back in 2017. I would be shocked to get an invite too
