Any recs for pool companies? For some reason the ones we have contacted are not returning our calls

I'd also recommend Dunrite. But from what I've heard, almost all pool companies are totally booked through 2021 and into 2022 - if you're looking to get a new pool. Maybe that's why you're not getting any calls back

We just used Specht-tacular and we were very happy with them.
Our friends just used Dakota pools and it came out very nice.

I'm hearing that a lot from our friends.
I don't know how much you know about pools...I knew jack squat and learned during the process.
Just in case you don't know, there are different ways of constructing pools. Ours is entirely cement with cement walls. Competitors of Specht-tacular are Swim King, Arthur Edwards, True Blue and James Joseph. I'm sure there are others but I just know them off the top of my head.
Then there are steel walled pools. Dun-rite, Dakota, South Shore (I think) and Long Island Pool and Patio similarly construct I believe.
Then there are the fiber glass pools they just plop in the yard. I'm very much oversimplifying that - it's very cool to watch- but that's another type of pool construction.
If you know you want it constructed, that can help you hone in on who to call.
